About Velora Products
Are Velora products only for athletes?
Not at all. Velora products are designed for everyday recovery — not performance sports. Most of our customers are office workers, parents, people with standing or physical jobs, and anyone who carries daily tension in their body. You don’t need to work out to benefit from recovery.
Which product is best for neck and shoulder tension?
The Velora Reach™, Velora Neck™, and Velora Ease™ are all popular for neck and shoulder relief. The Reach™ uses percussive therapy, the Neck™ uses soothing heat, and the Ease™ combines gentle vibration with ergonomic neck support. If you’re unsure, email us and we’ll help you choose.
Can I use Velora products every day?
Yes. Our products are designed for regular daily use. Many customers build them into their evening routine — a 10–20 minute recovery session before bed or after work.
Are the massage guns too intense for beginners?
No. All Velora massage guns include multiple intensity settings. We recommend starting at the lowest level and working up to whatever feels comfortable for you. You don’t need to use high intensity to get results.
Do your products include heat therapy?
Several do — including the Velora Neck™, Velora Elite™, Velora Sole™, and Velora Flex™. Each product page clearly lists its features so you know exactly what you’re getting.
How long should I use a recovery device per session?
Most recovery sessions last between 10–20 minutes, depending on the product and how your body responds. You’ll find specific guidance in the user manual included with every product.
Are Velora products noisy?
Our products are designed with quiet motors so you can use them at home, at the office, or in the evening without disturbing anyone nearby.
Are your products suitable for older adults?

How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days depending on your location. We ship internationally and timelines can vary based on customs processing, carrier schedules, and demand periods. Every order is tracked — you’ll receive updates by email.

Velora products ship from international fulfillment centres to keep costs down and make free shipping possible. Every order is carefully packed, quality-checked, and tracked the entire way to your door.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, always. As soon as your order ships, a tracking email goes out automatically. You can use the link in that email or visit our Track Your Order page anytime.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Velora offers free shipping on qualifying orders. Your final shipping cost (if any) will be shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
What if my item arrives damaged?

What does the 12-month warranty cover?
