Velora products are built to last. We back that belief with a 12-month limited warranty on all recovery products from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues that arise under normal everyday use. If your product stops working as it should through no fault of your own, we want to know about it — and we’ll make it right.
Covered situations include:
- Motor or mechanical failure under normal use
- Electrical defects not caused by misuse
- Manufacturing faults in materials or construction
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental drops or physical damage
- Cosmetic wear from regular use (scratches, scuffs)
- Water damage or exposure to excessive moisture
- Damage from improper charging or use of non-approved power sources
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Normal consumable wear (e.g. massage attachment heads)
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Email us at support@shopvelorawellness.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or a short video showing the problem
Our team will assess your claim and respond within 24–48 business hours, Monday through Friday. We handle warranty cases personally — no automated systems, no lengthy processes.
